The Light strip bending separator is suitable for the light strip board with LED lamp beads,and is equipped with a grab manipulator,which realizes the functions of batch placement and automatic grasping of the board, which greatly improves the efficiency and reduces the manual operation.
1. Applicable to: LED strips with lamp beads, LED strips without lamp beads;
2. Flexible design, the knife an the width limit of light strip can be adjusted，meet the light strip of different lengths, widths, and different lamp bead intervals
3. The knife seat adopts seamless butt joint, and the transfer wheel is covered with soft rubber, which will not scratch the lamp beads and products.
4. Folding plate type mechanism design, good effect of split plate burr treatment
5. The electrical control part adopts color man-computer interface, PLC control, and powerful functions;
6. Adopt light curtain sensorand acrylic cover to ensure safety;
